  • True osteochondral fracture of the capitellum is quite rare in the skeletally immature Two children with fracture of the capitellum hmeri treated by open rrduction and internal fixation with navicular screws. Avascular necrosis of the capitellum or limltation of the elbow joint was not observed.
    The following clinical results were satisfactory We report these cases with a review of the literature.
