  • Isolated fracture of the capitellum humeri is rare, and method of treatment is also controversials. Three patients with fracture of the capitellum of the humerus were treated in the Dept of Orthopedics at Chonnam University Hospital between January 1988 and June 1990. Two of them treated by open reduction and internal fixation with navicular screw. and one by immediate excision of the fragment. Results were all satisfactouy.
    We report these cases with a review of the literatures.
