Abstract
PDF - Femur fractures during birth are very rare and the treatment of the fractures is variable. Pavlik harness is available in the treatment of the femur fractures in infants but any literature on the treatment of the birth fractures of femurs can not be found as far as we know. We experienced two cases of femur fractures in neonates treated with Pavlik harness and present them with a review of the literature.
